PROPERTY NOTICE: AA2Reborn is a non-commercial, volunteer revival project. All original game code, assets, and trademarks associated with "America’s Army" are the sole property of the United States Army and the United States Government. This project is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Army.

I. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Non-Commercial Use

AA2Reborn is provided strictly free of charge as a volunteer effort to preserve America's Army 2.8.5. No fees are required for access, and no commercial profit is derived from this client.

Code of Conduct

Users must maintain a respectful environment. Use of third-party cheats, hacks, or malicious scripts is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban to maintain game integrity.

Ownership and Licensing

As noted, the software is the property of the U.S. Army. You are granted a limited, non- exclusive, revocable license to use the AA2Reborn client for personal, non-commercial gameplay. You may not sell, rent, or lease the client or any associated services.

Liability

The AA2Reborn team provides this service "as-is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding server uptime, software bugs, or compatibility. Under no circumstances shall the volunteer team be liable for any damages arising from your use of the client.

II. PRIVACY POLICY

We collect specific technical data to ensure a stable multiplayer experience and to prevent cheating.

1. Data Collection

  • Username: Your chosen in-game identity.
  • Email Address: Used for account verification and recovery.
  • IP Address: Collected for server connectivity and security moderation.
  • MAC Address (Hardware ID): Collected specifically to identify hardware for enforcing bans and preventing malicious actors from circumventing security.

2. Data Usage & Security

Your data is used solely for authentication, stat tracking, and anti-cheat enforcement. We do not sell or trade your personal information to third parties. Data is only accessible to authorized administrators for server management.

3. User Rights

Users may request account deletion through official community channels. Note that certain hardware identifiers may be retained to ensure that banned individuals remain excluded from the service.
